Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grade of adjoint technique is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: CAP Maintenance and Hygiene of Premises, or BEP Hygiene Trades
The profile they look for:
- Know cleaning products and their safety rules.
- Know how to use cleaning equipment (vacuum, washing, windows).
- Have good people skills.
- Be able to organise your work.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
