Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.

The profile they look for:
- Know food hygiene rules and cleaning techniques.
- Be able to use mechanical cleaning equipment.
- Know cleaning products, how to store them and their pictograms.
- Know the different surfaces and how to clean them.
- Be adaptable to varied tasks and a good team player.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
