Civil servants in the Adjoint technique grades (principal 2nd or 1st class) and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners accepted; experience in a similar job would be appreciated.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
