Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant has applied.

- Knows cleaning and maintenance methods for premises

- Able to stand for long periods
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 12 (Closes in 41 days)
Apply on the employer's website, using the link given in the offer. You can also send your application by post to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Irregular or shifted hours, from 7:30 to 23:30 depending on schedules
- Frequent weekend work
- No remote work possible
- Category C post, no management role
