Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds, and the entry grade in category C allows direct hiring without a competitive exam.

Experience: Prior experience in public works is preferred.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
