Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: CAP or BEP in building trades
Experience: Significant similar experience, ideally

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply only on the City of Annecy website. Selection is based on CV and cover letter, followed by a motivation interview.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Driving licence (permis B) required
- Work at height and occasional lifting of loads
- Outdoor work, wearing personal protective equipment
- Electrical (B0), scaffolding and asbestos certifications possible after training
