Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A candidate who has not passed a competition can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade of category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP in building or public works
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- CAP diploma in building or public works.
- Driving licence B required, licence C preferred.
- Knowledge of road works and masonry techniques.
- Respect for safety rules and instructions on sites.
- Ability to work well in difficult situations, such as works under traffic.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Remote work not possible.
- Driving licence B required. CACES for auxiliary crane and hydraulic excavator is an asset.
