Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

Experience: Beginners accepted.

- Sense of public service.
- Knowledge of the town is a plus.
- Self-control and teaching skills.
- Knowledge of road safety.
- Discreet, calm, polite, quick to react and responsible.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category C post, adjoint technique grade.
- Remote work is not possible.
- Post vacant from 01/12/2026.
- A contract staff position cannot start with a contract longer than 3 years.
