Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who did not pass a public competition can be hired directly for this entry-level category C grade.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of hygiene, asepsis and food safety rules.
- Knowledge of ageing and of supporting dependent older people.
- Safe handling and lifting techniques for people.
- Organised, careful and methodical.
- Discreet, respects professional confidentiality, and shows a caring approach.
- Essential ability to work in a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
