Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BEPA in personal care services, or bac pro SAPAT
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- Bac pro SAPAT or BEPA in personal care services.
- Knowledge of older people and children.
- Good approach to social support.
- Technical skills in hotel services and cleaning.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Day hours, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm.
- Annual schedule: 20 to 25 hours a week during school term, 30 hours during holidays.
- Remote work not possible.
