Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: A diploma is not necessarily expected.
Experience: Not stated; good experience can count more.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply online on the employer's site by clicking 'déposer ma candidature' (submit my application). A cover letter and CV are required.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Category C post, adjoint technique grade.
- Remote work is not possible.
- Post vacant from 1 January 2027.
- A contract worker's contract is limited to 1 year, renewable up to 2 years in total.
