Civil servants at the grade of adjoint technique principal 1st or 2nd class can apply, and so can contract agents. Successful candidates of competitions on a reserve list are also eligible.

The profile they look for:
- Be able to supervise children aged 3 to 11
- Know HACCP food hygiene rules
- Use cleaning products and machines safely
- Be respectful, organised, rigorous and independent
- Communicate with parents and school partners
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
