Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry-level category C grade.

Experience: A first professional experience in school catering or table service.
The profile they look for:
- Some first work experience in school catering or table service.
- Knowledge of hygiene rules for premises and the HACCP method.
- Ability to adapt, especially to unexpected situations.
- Patience and a teaching mindset.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
