Civil servants (by transfer) and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Beginners welcome. Experience in a similar job is a plus.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of HACCP standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection procedures.
- Knowledge of safe handling and working postures.
- Rigour, and respect for instructions, schedules and managers.
- Teaching skills, patience and seriousness with children.
- Public service spirit, discretion and neutrality.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
