Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know basic cooking and food presentation techniques

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 15 (Closes in 45 days)
Apply on the Argenteuil city website, in the "job offers" section. You can also send your CV and cover letter by post to the mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
