Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade offered is an entry-level category C grade.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food hygiene and the HACCP method
- Good command of cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Rigour, organisation and flexibility
- Good people skills and team spirit
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 12 (Closes in 12 days)
Apply on the employer's website. The application also asks for a CV and a cover letter addressed to the mayor.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:

- No remote work. You may travel between the town's different sites.
