Open only to contract agents. The job is a replacement, so only a contract agent can be hired, under article L332-13 of the French general civil service code.

The profile they look for:
- Know basic cooking and food presentation techniques.
- Master HACCP standards.
- Know the basics of cleaning and disinfection.
- Basic knowledge of food allergies and first aid.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
