Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know hygiene rules (HACCP), safety and disinfection in school settings.
- Apply food safety protocols strictly.
- Master cleaning techniques for floors, surfaces and sanitary areas.
- Show patience, kindness and discretion.
- Be punctual, independent and able to work as a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 7 (Closes in 8 days)
Apply on the employer's website, using the button on the official offer page. You must also send your CV and cover letter to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Annualised working hours, with the schedule sent at the start of the school year.
- Work on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during school term.
- Work clothes provided by the town.
- Remote work is not possible for this post.
