Civil servants and contract workers can apply. The post is open to the adjoint technique grades. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Follow hygiene rules and the food safety plan.
- Keep cooked dishes at the right temperature and reheat them.
- Know basic first aid.
- Know safe handling and lifting techniques for equipment.
- Report problems to the manager.
- Plan your work around when the premises are in use.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
