Open to civil servants and contract agents. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment. Disabled workers can also apply under a contract.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 30 (Closes in 29 days)
Apply on the employer's website or send your application by email to the commune, as the offer says. Send your CV and cover letter.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
