Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly for these category C entry grades. Disabled workers recognised as such can also be hired on contract.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced profile wanted.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of the HACCP method, training appreciated.
- Experience in collective catering or premises cleaning appreciated.
- Knowledge of safety rules for transporting children.
- Knowledge needed to supervise a group of children.
- Teamwork, reactivity, punctuality and taking initiative.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply through the town's user portal on its website, or send your file by post to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Remote work not possible.
- Schedule set over the school year, hours vary by day.
- Occasional work on other sites possible depending on service needs.
