Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the entry grade of category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced candidate required.
The profile they look for:
- Know the hygiene and safety rules of the job.
- Know the basics of civil service status and the rights and duties of civil servants.
- Show autonomy, organisation, adaptability and initiative.
- Be discreet, with smart clothing and impeccable hygiene.
- Be able to report back and work in a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
