Civil servants and contract staff can apply. This entry-level category C grade allows direct hiring without a competitive exam. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant has applied successfully.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Able to read a technical recipe sheet
- Know the HACCP method and food hygiene
- Master basic cooking techniques
- Know cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Be versatile and able to work in a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 1 (Closes today)
Apply on the recruitment website of the Val-d'Oise Department by sending your CV and cover letter. The offer is also published on Choisir le Service Public.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
