Open to civil servants and contract workers. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can apply, because the post is open to an entry-level category C grade. People recognised as disabled workers can also apply through a contract.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
