Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C allows it.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: February 1 (Closes in 94 days)
Apply on the employer's website. You can also send your cover letter and CV by post to the address given in the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The offer gives two dates: 1 February 2027 on the listing, and 31 October 2026 in the text. Check the date on the employer's website.
- The post is vacant from 1 October 2026.
- For questions, the offer names the employer's human resources department.
