Open to civil servants and to contract workers. A person who did not pass a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, reached from the official offer. The cover letter and CV are also requested by mail to the collectivity.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- The deadline shown is 1 February 2027, but the letter asks for submission before 31 October 2026. Check the date before applying.
