Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: February 1 (Closes in 95 days)
Apply on the employer's website, using the "Postuler sur le site employeur" link on the official offer page. Send your cover letter and CV.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The page gives two deadlines: 01/02/2027 in the job details, and 31/10/2026 in the additional information text.
- The start date given (1 October 2026) is the date the post becomes vacant.
