Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.

2 Résumé and cover letter

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
