Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: January 1 (Closes in 64 days)
Apply on the employer's website, reached from the official offer page. For questions, contact the human resources department named in the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The deadline field says 1 January 2027, but the offer asks for applications before 30 September 2026.
- The job is vacant from 1 September 2026.
- Category C, entry grade without a competition.
