Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can also be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter

3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
