Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade of category C allows it.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: January 1 (Closes in 64 days)
Apply on the employer's website given in the offer. The text also asks you to send your letter and CV to the collectivity's postal address.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The top of the page gives a deadline of 1 January 2027, but the text asks for applications before 30/09/2026. Check the date on the official site.
- The job is vacant from 1 September 2026.
