Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A person without a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade of category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website, from the offer page. The text also asks you to send a cover letter and a CV to the postal address given.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The text gives two deadlines: 01/01/2027 in the official field, and 30/09/2026 for the cover letter. Check the date before you send your application.
