Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 16 (Closes in 18 days)
Apply on the employer's website. You can also send your letter and CV to the address given in the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- The offer gives two dates: 16/11/2026 as the deadline and 15/08/2026 in the application text. Check the date before sending your application.
- The job has been vacant since 16/07/2026.
