Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP cooking or similar training
Experience: Level "Expert" stated in the offer
The profile they look for:
- CAP cooking certificate or similar training
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety
- Good knowledge of cleaning and disinfection protocols
- Good organisation and rigour
- Quick reactions and enjoys teamwork
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
