Civil servants by transfer, secondment or aptitude list are given priority. A person who is not a civil servant can also be hired directly at an entry grade of category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know food hygiene and safety rules
- Know how to use cleaning and disinfection products
- Use correct lifting and handling movements
- Be organised and work well in a team
- Communicate well with users
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
