Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly for this category C grade.
Category: Category C (staff)

The profile they look for:
- Master basic cooking techniques and the HACCP method.
- Apply hygiene and safety rules.
- Manage daily staffing, place orders and keep records.
- Know how to clean and disinfect premises.
- Spot and report problems.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
