Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the entry grade of category C allows direct recruitment.

The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of the HACCP method and hygiene rules.
- Basic cooking techniques and food presentation.
- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection.
- Rigour on hygiene and good organisation.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
