Open to civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade (category C) is an entry grade.

Experience: Similar experience required (length not stated).
The profile they look for:
- Similar experience is required in catering.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).
- Skills in cleaning professional premises.
- Rigour, good priority management and teamwork.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
