- Strictly follow food hygiene and safety rules.
- Work well in a team and organise your own work.
- Carry out repetitive tasks quickly and react fast.
- Cope with physical and mental tiredness, heat and busy periods.
- Be rigorous and punctual.
- Have a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
