Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Be versatile, organised and rigorous.
- Know food hygiene rules.
- Know cleaning and disinfection procedures.
- Know basic cooking techniques.
- Know serving techniques suited to the public served.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Work only during school terms.
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 9am to 3:30pm, with a statutory break.
- Team of two people.
- Remote work is not possible.
