Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the grades of Adjoint technique, Adjoint technique principal de 2nd class and Adjoint technique principal de 1st class. No competitive exam is needed, as this is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Experienced candidate requested.
The profile they look for:
- Good command of basic cooking techniques (cooking, cutting, assembling).
- Good knowledge of food hygiene rules and procedures.
- Good knowledge of cleaning and disinfection procedures.
- Knowledge of serving techniques suited to the people served.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
