Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: HACCP training required, and training in the use of cleaning products required.
Experience: Experienced (confirmé level).
The profile they look for:
- Good skills in stock management and storage rules.
- Excellent knowledge of hygiene rules in catering.
- Basic knowledge of public accounting.
- Very good skills in Excel and Word.
- Rigour, organisation, punctuality and teamwork.
- Good relations with suppliers and town services.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

Apply on the employer's website or send your application by email to the town hall, quoting the job reference.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- No remote work.
- Takes part in events, festivities and ceremonies, including public holidays and weekends.
- Possible replacement in other facilities or posts within the department.
