Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Limited autonomy, work is defined and checked by a supervisor.
- Responsible for the proper use of equipment.
- Strict respect of safety and storage rules.
- Able to stand for long periods and move furniture.
- Available for regular or shifted hours.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 14 (Closes in 16 days)
Apply using the « Apply on the employer's site » button on the offer. The text also asks for the CV and cover letter to be sent by post to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Annualised hours, with shifts at lunchtime and in the evening.
- Work alone or in a team, with many movements between sites.
- Handling detergents, wearing protective clothing (PPE).
