Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can also apply, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of cleaning and hygiene techniques for premises.
- Good knowledge of HACCP rules and workplace safety standards.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety rules.
- Team spirit and a sense of public service.
- Ability to adapt to different people, especially children.
- Understanding of spoken and written French.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
