Civil servants and contract workers can apply. No competitive exam is needed, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Required training: catering agent, HACCP, safe movement and postures.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP.
- Cleaning techniques and knowledge of cleaning products.
- Follows hygiene rules and the cold chain.
- Punctual, reliable and committed to public service.
- Adaptable, organised and able to take initiative.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Open grades: adjoint technique, adjoint technique principal of 2nd and 1st class.
- Category C, with school catering and school cleaning.
