Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules.
- Technical knowledge of cleaning products and how to dose them.
- Independence, rigour and good organisation.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Shifted working hours and physically demanding work.
- Handling of chemical products and exposure to dust.
