Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker may be hired if no civil servant application succeeds. No diploma or competitive exam is required for this entry grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Confirmed experience required.
The profile they look for:
- Skills in cleaning techniques, equipment and products.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules.
- Basic skills in measuring doses and proportions.
- Knowledge of safe lifting and handling postures.
- Good organisation, rigour and autonomy.
- HACCP training is a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- School-term hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00 to 15:00 and 16:30 to 18:45; Wednesday 07:00 to 15:00.
