Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A candidate who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired, because the adjoint technique grade is an entry grade in category C. Recognised disabled workers can also apply by contract.

The profile they look for:
- Know HACCP procedures and self-checks
- Follow hygiene rules when serving meals
- Apply cleaning and disinfection procedures
- Measure and use cleaning products correctly
- Spot problems and report them to the director
- Know basic first aid
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
