Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know basic first aid
- Keep cooked dishes at the right temperature and reheat them
- Follow hygiene rules and food safety procedures
- Plan your work around when the rooms are used
- Report problems to your manager
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Category C job, with no management duties.
- Remote work is not possible.
- Position vacant from 1 April 2027.
- Open at the adjoint technique grade.
