Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the job is category C.

- Know HACCP methods and microbiology
- Know GEMRCN nutritional recommendations
- Take food allergies and diets into account
- Follow procedures and the food safety control plan
- Show practical sense and adaptability
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
